I had a lovely treatment with Heather. It was so relaxing and whilst I thought that I would be a difficult customer for Heather to relax, with her smoothing voice I soon had to let go and focus on my breathing. The pace of her words was spot on and tone. This is so important and was at the right pitch and with the words being said correctly. I was waiting eagerly for her next instruction.
