From the offset Heather made me feel at ease and relaxed, making me feel totally comfortable. I am a person who finds it hard to relax and feel that the world is always on my shoulders, even on my way to see Heather I was feeling dubious as to whether Hypnotherapy would work for me, as I have had treatment before without success.
All the way through the session Heather made it feel like something she was made for and this is further emphasised by her own technique and the dialogue that she composed. She spoke softly but very clearly throughout. At the very end when she slowly asked me to open my eyes I couldn’t believe how relaxed I felt and if Heather had continued for another 15 minutes , I would have probably fallen asleep. In conclusion, this area of work is something that you can tell Heather has great passion for and delivered in a very professional manner.
