Hypnotherapy is a natural state of mind that we experience throughout the day ie whilst daydreaming, reading a book or watching television. You can only be hypnotised if you want it, under your own control and cannot be forced to do anything that you do not feel comfortable with. Hypnotherapy is a pleasant feeling of deep relaxation. This in turn then allows a hypnotherapist to access the subconscious mind allowing positive mental, emotional or psychological changes to take place.
